Data Owner Application Form

Data owners may, if they wish, make their applications to our data controller company Intecro Robotik Otomasyon Ar-Ge Mühendislik Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, through this Application Form, regarding their rights recognized in Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”).

Application Method

Data owners can submit their applications related to their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Controller by writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or forwarding the applications to the addresses below using the e-mail addresses they have previously reported and registered in our system. The application must contain the following information and the subject of the request, and the applications must be made in Turkish.

Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. If the transaction also requires a cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged to you.

I accept and undertake that the information and documents I have provided with this Data Owner Application Form are correct and up-to-date, and that additional information or documents may be requested by the Company in order to finalize my application.

I kindly request that my application regarding my above-mentioned requests be evaluated in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and informed.
